Jonah was welcomed into this world by his loving father, John, and devoted mother Maria, on October 2, 1999. Two years later in 2001 he became a proud older brother to his little sister Mallory.

Jonah loved fishing, video games, spending time with his family, and he adored his cat. Jonah also enjoyed listening to music; some of his favorite artists included Lil Peep, 21 Savage and Post Malone. Jonah loved playing water polo for Golden West High School and Sova where he excelled at the game.

Jonah’s family became aware of Jonah’s addiction in the summer of his Junior year of High School, and immediately went into his first rehab.  After graduating High School, Jonah continued to struggle with his addiction. He started cocaine, heroin, meth-amphetamines, and pills. Jonah had overdosed a total of four times, and his father revived him three out of the four times. Jonah went into a total of four rehabs, and one sober living home. He wanted to get better, but his addiction consumed him and led him down a rabbit hole of abuse. Jonah battled with his addiction every day.
Jonah was adored by his parents, sister, grandparents, aunts and uncles. Jonah was joyful, loving and intelligent.

On May 14, 2021 Jonah lost his battle with addiction and we were all forced to say our final goodbyes. He took his final breath, passing away from a Fentanyl poisoning at just 21 years old.
